Tiffany Lahey

Tiffany first started in the Banking industry in beautiful Eugene, Oregon before moving to Bend. She has been with Deschutes Property Management since its inception in 1995 where she worked in the property management division and as a real estate assistant. Since purchasing the business in 2015, she is now focusing her energy on real estate sales. Her 28 + years of experience in this industry make her a huge asset to any homeowner whether buying, selling or renting in Central Oregon.

Tiffany has had the privilege of representing our industry on OPB’s, “Think Out Loud” radio program and well as educating high school students on the rental market. She is also a member of Central Oregon Rental Owner’s Association.

When she is not busy in the real estate market she enjoys wine tasting, volunteering in the community, and spending time with family.

Allison Sawyer

Allison grew up outside of Eugene, Oregon, go Ducks! She moved to Bend in 2005 and began working for us in 2006 as a Customer Support Agent. Allison immediately became an integral part of the team and obtained her Property Management license after 2 years at DPM. As one of the office managers, Allison's primary mission is to manage the operations of DPM to ensure that the staff has all the support and tools necessary to provide premiere service to our clients.

Allison stays busy in the real estate market as well as bringing new properties to our ever growing rental inventory. On top of that, she oversees department projects with precision and continually impresses her clients with her quick resolution to any issue. She has had the privilege of educating the public about our rental market on Central Oregon Daily featured on ABC and CBS. She too is a member of Central Oregon Rental Owner’s Association.

Danya Babich

Danya came to us from Northern California in 2004. She and her husband relocated to Bend shortly before her start at DPM and enjoy all that Central Oregon has to offer, participating in volunteer activities, snowboarding, hiking and camping. Their newest addition to the family is their cat Suttle, named after one of her favorite camping spots.

Danya has the unparalleled ability to quickly and efficiently meet the needs of her clients. She is organized and makes sure her team mates benefit from that skill throughout the office. Her responsibilities include building and maintaining our entire online presence, implementing the best marketing program to fill vacancies in a timely manner and all other client relations where she can prove helpful. With the rapid changes to Oregon Landlord Tenant Laws, she ensures that her clients as well as the staff are up to date and educated.

Regan Scott

Regan Scott has been a Realtor since 1989, originally licensed with the State of Montana. During the next four years was a “million” dollar producer. Moving to Bend in the summer of 1994, Regan continued his Real Estate profession, becoming the Broker of Deschutes Property Management.

While he is no longer involved in the property managemet division, he is still very active in the real estate division, helping both buyers and sellers navigate their way through the Central Oregon market!

Avoiding the “mega” Real Estate offices, Regan prides himself on his personal service and commitment to his clients.

Kim Mccue

Kim has lived in Bend her whole life and loves camping and fishing. She started her accounting career with another local property management before joining our team and has been doing accounting now for 18 years.

Her duties include balancing Client’s Trust Accounts, Tenant final accountings, owner payouts and 1099’s. Kim is extremely dedicated to keeping the financial functions of DPM running smoothly. Her calm approach and positive outlook on any situation make her invaluable.

Haley Blondheim

Haley is originally from the Oregon Coast and moved to Bend in 2005. She loves the outdoors and can often be found gardening or paddling around one of Central Oregon's many lakes. Haley also enjoys travelling with her husband and takes their dog along as often as possible.

Haley has been licensed as a Property Manager since 2021 and enjoys learning all she can about this ever changing industry. As an overseer for the maintenance department, her job includes interaction with tenants and owners to solve maintenance issues to everyone’s satisfaction, as well as property turnover. She strives to make this process for both tenants and owners as stress-free as possible. Haley is committed to serving all clients with honesty, kindness and professionalism.

Aimee Berggren

Aimee joined our team after working in property management on the Oregon coast, but she is originally from England. She loves to sew, cook and bake, but she mostly uses her free time volunteering with her husband.

Aimee is our newest addition to the team of Licensed Property Managers. Her role in assisting in the day to day office operations is not an easy task, but Aimee does so with positivity and grace. Her job entails coordinating lease renewals and overseeing of the application department . She is kind, funny and always goes above and beyond to help people. Aimee is an excellent communicator and always strives to leave you with a smile. She truly wants to make people’s day better.

Zoe Parsons

Zoe was born in Klamath Falls, OR and moved to Bend in .

Zoe enjoys interacting with people and always tries to go above and beyond when needed. She's ready to help ease the stress that finding a rental can cause and takes pride in helping you find your perfect rental. She strives to be courteous, timely and efficient in all aspects of our customer service. A few of her duties include showing properties to perspective renters, signing lease documents with new tenants, and performing our 90-day and yearly inspections on all of our homes.

Rita Brown

Rita joined our team in 2022 after taking a hiatus from work to care for her young children. Rita is one of our two dedicated accounting specialists who handle all things financial here at DPM. Her attention to detail makes her a perfect fit for accounting, but her kind smile and amazing customer service skills make the rest of our team overjoyed to have her with us.

Rita enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters, volunteering in the community, and relaxing in the outdoor spaces that Central Oregon is famous for!

Katy Whitt

Katy spent most of her childhood right here in Central Oregon. She pursued higher education in social work, combining her love for learning and her love of serving her community. She enjoys spending time with her family and close friends anywhere outdoors. Ryly, her Aussie mix puppy, accompanies her on all her adventures.

Katy is our newest addition to this thriving department. Her easy smile and conversational style make her a pleasure to work with, both for customers and her workmates!
