DEPOSIT POLICY: The security
deposit & non-refundable cleaning charge is required within 10 days
of reservation request. The security deposit is held until 30 days
after the departure, and will be used for damage, missing items,
toll charges or excessive cleaning if necessary.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY: All
reservations must be paid in full within 60 days prior to arrival.
Once final payment has been received, guests are responsible for
the entire time reserved. NOTE: Time period between 12/20 & 1/5
requires payment in full at least 90 days prior to arrival and no
refunds will be given unless DPM is able to rebook the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All guest cancellations are subject
to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds can be given for cancellation
or early departure unless DPM is able to re-book the property. Cancellation
60 days or more prior to arrival forfeit amount equal to deposit.
Cancellation 60 days or less prior to arrival forfeit the entire
amount of reservation. Either party reserves the right to cancel
bookings with 60 days written notice.
